1. I have read and understand all of the terms and conditions as listed below.

2. A 6 month extension is available upon written request to TravelComm for a fee.

3. Early travel charges apply.-less than 45 days prior to travel, there is a $75 fee. Include this when submitting your request.

4. All hotel room taxes, transfers, telephone calls, gratuities, airfare and ground transportation are the responsibility of the user. All room accommodations are subject to availability.

5. If you need assistance, please feel free to call our customer service department Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST. Please refer to the number provided in your package.

6. TravelComm is not responsible for delay or cancellation due to nature, strike, mechanical problems, or acts of God.

7. The vacation offers are valid for up to 2 adults (18 or older)

8. Sorry, no pets are allowed to accompany travelers and stay in any of the accommodations provided

9. Upgrades may be purchased through our reservation department.

10. Upon hotel check-in , two forms of ID will be required-a valid drivers license, major credit card, passport or a birth certificate with an original seal.

11. Once the reservation has been submitted, cancellation & date change charges will apply. The amount will vary depending on when the cancellations are received. No refunds are rewarded for any reservation cancellation; however your vacation can be transferred to a third party.

12. This vacation offer is void where prohibited by law.

13. All refunds see vendor you purchased from.

Travelcomm assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any agent or distributor other than those specifically contained within the terms and conditions of this offer.
